Hills Pet Food Review *Gifted/Sponsored

I have something a little different from my usual book posts today. I am reviewing some dry dog food I was kindly sent by Hills Pet Nutrition. I received a 3kg bag of Hill's Science Plan Canine Mature Adult 7+ Active Longevity Medium with Chicken.

Obviously when I say I'm reviewing I haven't actually tasted it myself. But I will be sharing my beautiful dog, Tia's, opinion. I first gave Tia a little handful to see if she liked the taste. This got a massive thumbs up from her and she came back for more.

Reading through the benefits of the dog food it seems like this should be a good match for her. As an older dog, 12 years old, she isn't as agile and bouncy as she once was. She much prefers having regular naps! As all dog owners will know when changing dog food there can sometimes be issues, we never experienced any such issues and she transitioned easily to this dog food.

The 3kg bag has a very handy velcro seal, to keep the food fresh. The information on the bag is very helpful including a very clear feeding guide and ingredient list. Hill's have a wide range of products so you can very easily find a match to your dog and their dietary needs.

Overall I think this is a great product, not only did Tia obviously enjoy the taste but I think as a company they are very helpful at finding the right food for your pet. So if you are thinking of trying a new food for you pet you should definitely have a look at their site and I am sure they will have something available for your pet and their needs. Tia was very happy with her new food and she would certainly give it a 5 paw rating.
