Meet The Book Blogger

I have decided to start a new series called Meet The Book Blogger. There are a lot of excellent book bloggers out there, so I thought it would be nice to get to know them a bit better. First up is Sean from

Q1. How long have you been blogging for?

Been blogging since 2015, so just over 4 years now.

Q2. What is the best thing about being a book blogger?

Getting to be a part of the wonderful community. It feels like you are in a family that has the same interests.

Q3. What is your favourite read of the year so far?

That's a hard one for me as I read so much, Only Daughter by Sarah Denzil.

Q4. If you were going to a desert island and could only take 3 books, what would they be?

Another tough one but would say, Arrows of the Queen by Mercedes Lackey, Torn Apart by MA Comley and Eternal Beauty by Linda Prather.

Q5. Favourite Genre?

I will say crime fiction.

Q6. How many books are on your TBR list?

LOL that has to be close to 2500 books that I have on there. Just means I have to go through and sort them and if I won't read them remove them.

Q7. Would you ever like to write your own novel? If yes what would it be about?

A few years ago I would have said yes in a heartbeat, now knowing how hard it is to succeed and what it can cost both monetary and in effort I don't think I have it in me.

8. If you could be any character in a book who would it be?

Having been a character in a book I would have to say Carol Wyer did amazing with her character Sean in Suddenly Single, so I would choose to be him and he is based on me.

9. Do you set yourself any reading challenges?

I always do Goodreads but it's more of a help to keep me reading, as I do have other hobbies that can take my time away from reading.

Q10. Do you have any tips or advice for book bloggers?

Remain true to yourself and your personality. Don't let other get to you and think you aren't doing what is standard.

Thank you so much to Sean for taking part. I would love to have a character in a book based on me!
