I was really looking forward to reading this book, I had heard a lot about it, and it did not disappointment! While I did need to put my thinking on head at first to figure out what was going on in each time period and with who, trust me it was worth it! The story is told from three sides by three people and three different time periods. If you read this book and at first are a little confused, stick with it, it gets really good!

John's daughter has been kidnapped. Miller is a child and not a very nice one by the sounds of it! Maisie is an intensive care nurse. I found myself eagerly waiting to see how they were all connected. Miller was definitely the most interesting/disturbing character I found to read about.

Each character is well written and thought out. They all have their own quirks and problems. The characters were the one of the best things about this novel. I felt like I really got to know them and how they thought/felt about events that occurred.

This is a book that kept me thinking throughout and I was absorbed right into it from start to finish.  An intense read with twists and turns which I personally never saw coming. I don't want to give any spoilers, which is hard with this type of story, so I will finish by saying Lies Between Us is one of my favourite reads of the year.

Lies Between Us is a must read for fans of psychological thrillers. A brilliant debut and I can't wait to see what else Ronnie Turner has to offer.

The blog tour for this book is one of the biggest I have took part in, so why not have a look what other book bloggers have to say. Thanks to HQ digital and Ronnie Turner for the chance to take part in the tour.
